At Menorca Private Owners we are proud of our fantastic portfolio of villas in Menorca. We offer a wide range of villas that suit different styles, tastes and budgets. We know all our owners personally, some have been with us since the beginning like
VN15 and
VN49; others are previous clients who’ve travelled with us in the past and loved the island that much they purchased their own villas such as
VN96,
VN151 and
VN183.
Many of our villas come to us by referral from our owners as they are impressed with the quality of service we deliver and the fantastic guests we find to stay in their homes. We also have many come forward through our website who send pictures of their house and ask for advice. We’ve been doing this for 30 years, so we have a pretty good idea of what we are looking for.
The villas on our portfolio are not just average villa rentals, they are our owner's second homes each styled with their own special touches. We also look for other features including amazing views, access to the beach and the degree of privacy. Location is also critical as there are a few areas on the island we do not represent, usually the mass market areas or where package tour operators are present, such as in Cala Galdana or Cala’n Bosch.
Before a villa is listed, myself or one of the directors must meet the owner and view the property. Not all houses are taken on straight away, sometimes suggestions are made on how to improve the property to make it more rentable. Some villas we view don’t offer that ‘special touch’ and are turned away.

Once a villa is taken on, we arrange for professional photographs to be taken, the web listing is created and importantly, we onboard the owner: we run through our processes, client expectations and we meet the villa’s managing agent. Managing agents are chosen by the owners and are responsible for looking after the villas. They ensure the houses are prepared to high standards for our client’s arrival.
