Set in an exclusive area of Son Ganxo on the edge of the small fishing village of Biniancolla and close to beach resort of Punta Prima, on the southernmost tip of Menorca, with lovely views of the coast and the little island of Isla de Aire with its lighthouse. 

Son Ganxo has a sunbathing platform where you can swim from and a restaurant with its own swimming pool overlooking the sea. Biniancolla is a charming fishing village of Biniancolla with several restaurants overlooking the water and it is possible to swim in the sea from diving platforms.

The beach resort of Punta Prima is a comfortable walk and has a large sandy beach, a pharmacist and a selection of restaurants, shops and local bars. Surfing is possible from this beach when the wind is in the right direction.

It is also possible to take a coastal path that takes you from Biniancolla pass Son Ganxo and onto Punta Prima  

Just along the coast is the sandy beach of Binibeca with its famous beach bar and a delightful wooded area where there are several picnic tables, Cala Torret with several restaurants overlooking the sea a small supermarket and swimming from the rocks is possible.

A little further along is Binibeca Vell a quiet residential area built around the Moorish fishing village of Binibeca Vell, where you can stroll through ‘traffic free’ narrow street in a labyrinth of small alleys and pretty squares, there is a great selection of restaurants serving Menorquin, Spanish and European cuisine as well as bars and small shops. Binibeca Vell also has a poolside restaurant, ice-cream parlour, a small supermarket and the Cala is ideal for diving and snorkelling. 

There is a road train that runs between Punta Prima, Binibeca and Binibeca Vell.

Son Ganxo is a short drive from the picturesque village of Torret, where there is one of the best restaurants on the island Pan y Vino, the hamlet S’Ullastrar and the town of Sant Lluís.

S’Ullastrar is home to the well-stocked supermarket 'Sa Botiga' nicknamed 'Fortnum and Masons' with everything from fresh bread to locally made sausages. Here there is also another wonderful restaurant `La Carba` and the family run Italian restaurant `Villa Madrid` which make fantastic pizzas cooked in a traditional wood oven.

The very attractive and old town of old town of Sant Lluís is close by, it is a very pretty and a non-tourist residential area; here there are quality restaurants, great local bars and shops and several banks.
