A stunning and very impressive country estate of outstanding quality, with exceptionally spacious rooms, fantastic outside facilities and beautiful rolling lawns, it is equipped to a very high standard with everything you would expect from a property of this standard including space to land a helicopter. Standing in its own private grounds it is located to the south of Sant Lluís where there are quality shops, restaurants and great local bars and close to the beautify sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Punta Prima and Binibeca.



Ground Floor

  • Large french windows open into an elegant and extremely spacious sitting room with air-conditioning, several sofas, armchairs, occasional seating and tables, a BOSE built-in sound system and Wi-Fi. 
  • Dining room with air-conditioning, a large mahogany dining table and seating for ten guest, plus additional table and seating for extra guest. The room is surround on three sides by french windows that open onto the front of the villa and has beautiful views.
  • The kitchen has air-conditioning and is in two areas, one has a dining area with table and seating for eight guest and french windows onto a pretty garden with bougainvillea at the rear of the property and the other is equipped with gas range hob, large oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, two dishwashers in addition to all the latest appliances one would expect from a villa of this standard. Large french windows onto the outside dining area.
  • Laundry room with air-conditioning, washing machine, sink and access to the outside drying area.

Large french windows open onto a spacious veranda with rattan dining table and seating for six guest, it overlooks the front of the villa and has lovely views. The bedroom (continental twin beds) is accessed through a sliding door and down a couple of steps; it has air-conditioning, TV and french windows onto the veranda. From the bedroom two steps lead to two separate dressing room each with their own en-suite facilities; one has a shower room with large walk-in shower and the other is a bathroom (shower over the bath). French windows onto a private terrace overlooking the garden.

Located to the south of the very attractive and old town of old town of Sant Lluís, which is a very pretty and a non-tourist residential area; here there are quality restaurants, great local bars, a variety of local shops and several banks.

The house a five-minute drive from the picturesque village of Torret, where there is one of the best restaurants on the island Pan y Vino and hamlet S’Ullastrar.

S’Ullastrar is an easy eight/ten minutes away car, it is home to the well-stocked supermarket 'Sa Botiga' nicknamed 'Fortnum and Masons' with everything from fresh bread to locally made sausages. Here there is the wonderful restaurant `La Carba` and the family run Italian restaurant `Villa Madrid` which make fantastic pizzas cooked in a traditional wood oven.

Less than five minutes by car are the sandy beaches of Binibeca, Alcalfar and Punta Prima.

The sandy beach of Binibeca has a great and famous beach bar and a delightful wooded area where there are several picnic tables, Cala Torret with several restaurants overlooking the sea a small supermarket and swimming from the rocks is possible.

Alcalfar is a traditional fishing village and is formed by a natural inlet, it has a pretty sandy beach and rocky shore line making it ideal for snorkelling, there are a couple of restaurants and a local shop.

The beach resort of Punta Prima has a large sandy beach, a pharmacist and a selection of restaurants, shops and local bars. Surfing is possible from this beach when the wind is in the right direction.

It is also possible to take a coastal path that forms part of the ‘Cami de Cavalls’ from Alcalfar to Binibeca.

Mahón and its harbour are less than fifteen minutes by car, the esplanade along the waterfront invites you to stroll along and discover its endless variety of quality boutiques, galleries, shops, bars and restaurants and offers something for all tastes and budgets.  Because it is still a working port it has a wonderful atmosphere with unique character.

The best way to see Mahón is by foot as you wander through its labyrinth of streets, you will discover stunning architecture, beautiful churches, wonderful markets and quality shops where the produce on sale speaks for itself as wells as a fantastic choice of quality restaurants and great local bars.
