A very comfortable and stylish second home with sea views from the first-floor balcony, it has been well-equipped and has ample space both inside and out. There is a large pool area with a degree of privacy and the restaurants and small supermarket are an easy five minutes’ walk. Set in the quiet residential area of Port Addaia which has a small supermarket, restaurants, and a tennis court. On the port there is a restaurant overlooking the small harbour and the sandy beaches of Na Macaret and Arenal d’en Castell are close by.

Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year. Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am however, this can vary.

There are plenty of things to do in Ciutadella thanks to its stunning architecture, charming streets and range of shops, bars, and restaurants. A Ciutadella holiday excursion is all about experiencing the city’s atmosphere, but it is also very close to some beautiful, relaxing beaches. If you choose the north as your villa location, that doesn’t mean you can’t visit the south easily too. It only takes around 40 minutes or so to drive from the northern coast to the southern coast of this small Spanish island, making car hire a fantastic idea, although its best to pre-book a car with us at the time of booking your villa due to limitations placed on the number of cars allowed on the island.
The traditional fishing village of Es Grau is just a short way up the coast from Mahon Harbour and this charming destination offers visitors a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, as well as access to some of the island's most stunning natural scenery. One of the main attractions in Es Grau is its stunning beach, surrounded by a nature reserve.
