A stunning villa that is tastefully designed to create a wonderful second home, it has been furnished to a very high standard throughout and is well equipped. It has sea views and the location is perfect for a great relaxed holiday as it is only a short walk to the fishing village of Binibeca Vell, where there are shops, restaurants and bars. The sandy beach of Binibeca is close by. A road train runs between Binibeca Vell village, Binibeca and the beach resort of Punta Prima.

Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year. Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am however, this can vary.

Just because Sant Lluis is located in the south, it doesn’t mean the north of the island is out of reach. It only takes about 40 minutes to drive from Sant Lluis to the north coast, making car hire a fantastic idea, although its best to pre-book a car with us at the time of booking your villa due to limitations placed on the number of cars allowed on the island. Once you have your car, some fantastic places to visit include Arenal d'en Castell, the second longest beach on the island, Cala Macarella, a stunning beach within a hidden cove and the historic city of Ciutadella, perfect for exploring beautiful buildings and markets by day and dining in its wonderful restaurants at night that have rave reviews. There is also a fantastic golf course located on the north of the island that offers picturesque views of the tranquil Menorcan countryside.
