In this fast paced, evolving world with technology advancing at a vast rate of knots, it would be easy to think the Airbnb is the future when it comes to booking a holiday – but let us tell you why you’d be wrong…
The answer is simple - everything has a place. When it comes to weekend breaks with the girls, or a place to crash after a wedding, there’s no doubt, Airbnb is fit for purpose - but in each of these scenarios the stakes are much lower. The cost average from £100-300 so if it’s not what you expected, you can put up with it. If the bed turns out to be a pull-out sofa bed, it’s only one night, and if it turns out the property isn’t there, you can always fall back on the old school local hotel.

It’s 1 or 2 weeks of the year when you can put work on the back burner, unwind, and spend some quality time with your family. First off, we know each and every one of the houses we represent – we take our team to the island every year to view the new and existing villas. But what if we’ve added a house since the last trip you ask? At least one person from our team will have been to the villa and met the owner. Because of this, there will always be someone in the office who can talk you through a villa beyond the pictures on the website and answer any questions you may have about the villa or the location.
Secondly, we can make recommendations and look for the villas that match your needs. Our team have the confidence to say, "you know what Mr/Mrs X, I don’t think this is the right villa for you, what about this one”. We listen to what you are looking for and try to match this with the perfect house.
There are no hidden fees, the price of the villa is the price of the villa, it includes the standard cleaning and any services listed on the website page. We don’t add on an extra cleaning charge or anything like that. If anything, you might even be able to pay less than the website prices – some of our properties offer reduced prices for low occupancy*.
We’ve been around since the early 90s and have been bonded by ABTA for almost just as long. This is important as it provides our clients with confidence that their hard-earned money is safe should anything happen to us. (But don’t worry, we’ve survived through the tricky Covid years, so we’re not going anywhere).
