The house is on three levels, very private, has been completely refurbished to an extremely high standard and is well-equipped. Outside there is masses of space for children to explore, beautiful Mediterranean lawn garden, a gated swimming pool and amazing views. Located only a two-minute walk from the centre of Alaior; with its narrow winding streets and large selection of shops, restaurants and local bars, close to the south coast beaches and within very easy access of the stunning north coast beaches too, making the perfect recipe for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year. Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am however, this can vary.
Please enquire with one of our team for the details of a specific villa. Odd durations and weekend trips are available, but this is as the discretion of the owner.
