Delightful converted 13th century watch tower set in spacious private high walled gardens.
Tucked away behind high dry stone walls is this amazing family home built around a 13th Century watch tower standing in enormous grounds with a casita for additional two guests, an extensive lawn, beautiful Mediterranean flowers and a wonderful array of oleander, fig and Palm trees. The villa is extremely well-equipped and very comfortably furnished to a high standard. Set in the village of Trebalúger with pretty whitewashed houses and a children’s play area. Less than five minutes by car are the old towns of Sant Lluís, Es Castell and the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts; a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with restaurants and local bars and the sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca and Punta Prima.
