First Floor 

  • Entrance into the villa with a sweeping staircase down to the ground floor, a secondary staircase to a guest bedroom and then down to the first floor, and French windows onto a terrace with stunning harbour views.

  • Master bedroom with super king-size bed, air-conditioning, an en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower and twin hand wash basins. There is a staircase down to a bathroom with bath. Large French window onto a terrace with small table and seating for two, sunbeds and stunning harbour views and access to the pool area.
  • The staircase down to the bathroom also give access to further very spacious office/library with air-conditioning, desk, Wi-Fi, 26” computer screen, printer and scanner, a large sofa and card/games table. Large patio doors onto a private terrace with stunning harbour views.


  • Spacious terrace with rattan sofa and armchairs overlooking the pool and enjoying magnificent harbour views and gated steps down to the 7m swimming pool with roman steps.
  • Covered dinning terrace with large teak dining table, seating for 10 guests, BBQ and magnificent harbour views.
  • Steps down to a further sun terrace with access to the annexe and then further steps down to a spacious area for playing games or just escaping.

The house benefits from its own 8m berth in the marina at the bottom of the garden (across the no through road). A brand new 8m Capelli RIB and/or 4.7m RIB are available for rental at a 25% discount with house rentals. The smaller RIB is perfect for going across to Mahon for supper by boat, the larger one for exploring the local bays and coves (you will need the relevant documentation and qualifications for hiring the 8m RIB).  For more information, please speak to a member of our team.

Availability Information

Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year, however this can vary. Please enquire with one of our team for the details of a specific villa. Odd durations and weekend trips are available, but this is at the discretion of the owner.

Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am. However this does vary for some villas. Arrivals and departures at different times can be arranged but at the discretion of the owner and the management team, please ask a member of staff.
