• A long drive leads through the beautiful garden to the house, which is set on 11,000 sqm of land, surrounding the house and pool it is beautifully laid out with very mature palms, shrubs, and awash with beautiful Mediterranean flowers. 
• Close to the house is a pergola-covered dining area with a table and seating for 12 guests
• A covered seating area with built-in seating and rattan bucket chairs overlooking the garden.
• Built-in seating area in the old bread oven area.
• The swimming pool is slightly set away from the house and can be gated.
• Swimming pool (10m x 5m) roman steps and surrounded by a sun terrace
• Poolside toilet and shower 
• A covered dining terrace with a dining table and seating for 12 guests, overlooks the swimming pool and there is a built-in BBQ
