Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year. Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am however, this can vary.

Please enquire with one of our team for the details of a specific villa. Odd durations and weekend trips are available, but this is as the discretion of the owner.

Description

Ground floor 

  • A very spacious open plan kitchen with a large pocket door (to close the kitchen off if required), it is very well-equipped with a large gas range with two ovens (one traditional and one steam), a pantry fridge, a smaller freezer, wine fridge, and a large walk-in pantry with two dishwashers, microwave, and an additional sink.  There is a dining table with seating for fourteen plus and a breakfast bar with eight barstools. Large pocket glass doors create a seamless transition between the kitchen area and the courtyard pool area, creating a spectacular indoor/outdoor space for al fresco dining and socialising.
  • A large sitting room with a vaulted ceiling, sofas, piano, Smart TV and wi-fi. 
  • The second sitting room again has a vaulted ceiling and sofas. Large pocket glass doors onto the courtyard and pool area creating a further seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.*

  • Very steep stairs to a door with access to a 25sqm roof terrace and impressive views across the historic old town of Ciutadella.

Outside 

  • At the rear of the house is a large, enclosed courtyard with privacy from surrounding buildings and pleasantly surprising peacefulness for a town house in a city setting. Here there are areas for dining, sunbathing, and swimming.
  • The dining area has a round table, seating eight guests, although the kitchen doors open out to provide additional tables and seating.
  • Swimming pool (10m x 3m ) roman steps.
  • A small flight of stairs to a further sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
  • First-floor balcony that runs the length of the house and connects the two halves.
  • A second-floor balcony runs the length of the house and connects the two halves.
  • 25sqm roof terrace with city views.

The property has a 7,42 m White Shark power boat for guest use. Rental of the boat is free of charge, but a fee will be charged for the licensed skipper’s time.
