The villa is unique being octagonal, exceptionally well-equipped and furnished to a very high standard. It is five minutes from the centre of the old Capital Ciutadella, with its impressive buildings, quality boutiques, restaurants, shops and local bars and the sandy beaches of Sa Caleta and Cala Santandria are very close, making this villa a great location for a family holiday with something for all.

Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year. Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am however, this can vary.
Please enquire with one of our team for the details of a specific villa. Odd durations and weekend trips are available, but this is as the discretion of the owner.

Anyone holidaying on the north coast of Menorca simply must visit the island’s most famous historic city. There are plenty of things to do in Ciutadella thanks to its stunning architecture, charming streets and range of shops, bars, and restaurants. A Ciutadella holiday excursion is all about experiencing the city’s atmosphere, but it is also very close to some beautiful, relaxing beaches. If you choose the north as your villa location, that doesn’t mean you can’t visit the south easily too. It only takes around 40 minutes or so to drive from the northern coast to the southern coast of this small Spanish island, making car hire a fantastic idea, although its best to pre-book a car with us at the time of booking your villa due to limitations placed on the number of cars allowed on the island.
The traditional fishing village of Es Grau is just a short way up the coast from Mahon Harbour and this charming destination offers visitors a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, as well as access to some of the island's most stunning natural scenery. One of the main attractions in Es Grau is its stunning beach, surrounded by a nature reserve.
