A very spacious villa with plenty of outside living space, it has sea views from the outside dining terrace and swimming pool and stunning uninterrupted sea views, from the roof terrace. There is easy access to the swimming platform and it is less than a two-minute walk from the restaurant.
It is very well equipped to a high standard and in a great location being 150m from the sea and located on the most southerly point of the island, between the small fishing village of Son Ganxo and the beach resort of Punta Prima and set in an exclusive area of private villas.

Our villas are normally rented on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the year. Check in times are normally 3pm with departure times set at 10am however, this can vary.
