Booking your perfect, luxury villa holiday with Menorca Private Owners could not be any easier.
We pride ourselves on providing the best villas in Menorca with a professional and personal touch following you from your very first enquiry until you come back from your holiday. Our team visits Menorca at least once a year to make sure we know everything about the properties we represent.
There are many ways to get in touch with us and you can be sure that our team will listen to you so that we can find you the perfect holiday and second home.
When you are on our website and not sure what to look for, there are a few ways to get in touch with us. You can contact us by phone, by filling in a website enquiry, by sending us an email, by chatting with us online or by sending us a message on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp:
1. To book by phone, simply call our Sales Team on 01335 330 169. Our staff speak several languages and will ask you a few questions to make sure your holiday booking is suited to your requirements.

3. To enquire or book by email, simply send us an email to: enquiries@menorcaprivateowners.co.uk (which you can find in our Contact section at the bottom of the homepage).

5. Finally, you might prefer to use social media, which is not a problem. You will find the links to our social media pages at the bottom of any page from the website.
By leaving your requirements and contact details, you already provide a good base for us to start putting together some villa suggestions for you. Remember, the more information you can provide us at this stage the more tailored our suggestions can become!

Sit back and one of our experts will then be in touch with a tailored suggestion list that will be sent to you via email. Don’t worry if you didn’t put all the details in or if you forget to mention something as we can come back to that later.
Once the booking is confirmed on the system, a member of the admin team will be in touch with more information about the villa you are staying in, as well as asking you to provide some important information, such as flights information and passports details, which are a local requirement in Menorca.
In addition to the villa, we can arrange anything from car hire to taxis, boat trips to private chefs, making your stay as easy and stress-free as possible.
A few weeks before your date of departure all the important information about the villa will be sent to you and once in Menorca, you can contact our colleague on the Island Soly, who is on hand to help throughout your stay be that restaurant recommendations or any queries you may have about the island or your villa.
A few weeks after your holiday we usually get in touch to get some feedback and see how everything went and most importantly hear how much you enjoyed the villa and Menorca.
This is also the point to start thinking about the following summer, securing your favourite house for your preferred dates, but also, putting something in the diary to look forward to!
